Is it Monday already?

Yes, this morning it is in the 40's and that is just SWEET! We had our windows open most of the weekend and it felt great to get some fresh air through the house. The kids got to spend a lot of time outside too. Can you see the leaves starting to change? It was a really nice weekend.


Time for the Monday Morning Quarterback....

• Texas remains strong and most deserving of the #1 ranking.
• My poor Hogs....I thought they had it in the bank. And they lost. AGAIN. *sigh*
• And worse still...Memphis. They lost the game. And their 1st string QB. And their 2nd string QB....
• The Cowboys lost (Yea! - I LOVE to hate the Cowboys!)
• Tennessee Titans continue to roll on -- undefeated!!
  
• And I still have to talk a little baseball... The Tampa Bay Rays got it done (FINALLY) and are headed to the World Series. Boston hung in there and forced a 7th game, but couldn't pull it off.

Did you catch Sarah Palin on Saturday Night Live? There are two videos here of her skits. Worth a watch. The Sarah Palin rap is quite funny. Saturday's show received the highest ratings since 1994 when Nancy Kerrigan was guest host.
