I'm thinking Cooper is watching too many cooking competition shows on Food Network...

His comments during a recent dinner featuring some Mexican casserole thing I threw together at the last minute went something like this....

"Very nice, Mom.

I like how the crunchiness of the tortilla chips blends with the melty cheese.

And the tomatoes are nice too.

Excellent job."
