Contrary to what you may be thinking, I'm still alive.
Summer is moving along.
The pace of my 10 year old has slowed.
He's on the slow.
The pace of my 16 year old has quickened.
She's on the go.
It wasn't much of a restful weekend for me, for many reasons.
It involved serving at a family friend's wedding reception...
Being up to my elbows in spinach dip
And being chastised by a five year old boy for running out of cheese cubes.
We also are involved in some "health decisions" and care giving for the Captain's grandmother.
Found out yesterday I'm not a good nurse or pharmacist.
But we are doing ok.
It's life.
And my life is good.
