A meme is an internet neologism used to describe a catchphrase or concept that spreads in a fast way from person to person via the internet. There is a lot of tagging and/or memeing on blogs. It's kind of like chain mail via the internet. You get 'tagged' by someone on their blog to answer some questions and then you 'tag' other people. (Lots of new vocabulary here tonight....)
So, I've been tagged by Abby aka i'm not neurotic. My mission is:
1. Pick up the nearest book.
2. Open to page 123
3. Find the fifth sentence.
4. Post the next three sentences.
5. Tag five people, and acknowledge who tagged you.
My passage comes from the book I'm currently reading. The Next Accident by Lisa Gardner.
Two miles from the Olsen residence, Rainey pulled over her car and killed the ignition. Despite her earlier composure, her hands had started trembling. The adrenaline was ebbing from her bloodstream, leaving her light-headed in its wake.
Thanks for the tag Abby!
Since I don't know if (1) anybody even READS this blog and (2) anybody who does read this blog HAS a blog, I'll just improvise here. If anybody wants to play along, just put your 3 sentences down there in the comments section and consider yourself tagged.

1 Wanna' ramble too?:
This comes from Cold Paradise by Stuart Woods
After all, he's not Justice; he can't call up the State Department and tell them to issue him a new passport, so he does the best he can. He gets a local driver's license, picks up a credit card and finds a business partner who's real and who can deal with the banks." "Makes sense."
