I had a physical yesterday.
It's been awhile.
I admit I haven't been very good about all that kind of stuff. Bad me.
So, off I went.
Poke. Prod.
Look. Listen.
Pee in the cup.
Blood in the tube.
Blah blah blah.
She pretty much told me that I'm middle aged and over weight.
Yeah, thanks. I knew that.
I'm expected to live.
We'll get the final verdict early next week.

I have to get a physical each year to save money on my health insurance. I have yet to figure out what exactly they are doing since I am in and out (other than the dreaded wait time) in 10 minutes or less.....
