15 random facts about last night

1. It involves volleyball. Of course.

2. The JV team won - woot woot!

3. Jordan had a very good game. She had had a bad day and kind of took it out at the net.

4. And at one point, she growled at the other team ... right after she killed the ball down number twelve's throat.

5. The varsity team won a most exciting game that went to five very crazy, very close games.

6. Really, it was soooo exciting. And it was loud. It was crazy loud. One of the best matches I've ever seen. Ever. In the history of all my volleyball watching days.

7. Niece M got a mention in the paper today for her awesome block which was part of a key turning point in the game. YEA!!

8. The Captain and I had to work concessions again last night during the varsity game. Ick.

9. But when the match goes 22-25, 23-25, 25-23, 23-16, 15-8, there really isn't much business in the concession stand. So we got to still watch most of the game.

10. We finally got home at 9:30 pm.

11. And then we had to eat and shower and study and do all that regular nighttime stuff.

12. Jordan had tons of homework including studying for two huge tests.

13. I was still quizzing her on Greek mythology at 11:30 pm.

14. Personally, I think that's just too late to be attempting to learn about Zeus and Poseidon and all those other those folks.

15. And now it's Friday morning and I'm tired.
